Most finish materials on this project were sourced from all over the world, which required a significant amount of management regarding logistics and installation processes/techniques. The design details were endless from a custom 3d bar to a fully wrapped slab island in a geometric shape to unique tongue and groove ceiling and wall details.

This project had a complex design portfolio, which required extensive team collaboration, including a full-sized basketball court, thousands of feet of textured wall stone, and full slab recessed fireplaces.

This home featured unique wood ceiling details, fully brick veneered dining room with a custom wine cellar, and distinctive tile and slab stonework throughout. There was an extensive amount of work on the grounds of this property due to the size of it.

This project had a lot of complex features on the exterior of the house, specifically the recessed stone veneer and steel details. a special feature of this home is the batting cage under the guest house and backyard of main home which required significant structural engineering.
